Mountain View and Mount Calvary cemeteries in Rapid City will allow flowers and decorations, not in permanent vases, to be placed at gravesites for Memorial Day.
Flowers and decorations not in permanent vases must be removed by Sunday, June 1. Any decorations left on graves will be removed by cemetery staff. The cemetery office will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. The cemetery gates will be open until sunset.
