A Rapid City man who crashed his motorcycle earlier this month while trying riding stunts on S.D. Highway 44 west of Rapid City has died from injuries sustatined in the crash.
Bryant Boeding, 22, was critically injured Sunday, Nov. 2, when the 1988 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was driving collided with a guard rail. According to a report by the South Dakota Highway Patrol, eyewitness said they saw him standing on the seat of the motorcycle as he rode.
Boeding was not wearing helmet at the time of the crash. Acohol was not a factor in the accident, according to the Highway Patrol.
Boeding died Wednesday at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his father, Willie Boeding of Rapid City; his mother and step-father, Roberta and Joe Sharp and his half-brother, Bridger Colton Sharp, all of Box Elder; and grandparents, Larry Boeding of Rapid City, Donald Harmon of Spearfish and Mary Harmon of Oacoma.
Arrangements are pending with Kirk Funeral Home of Rapid City.
