An apparent disagreement after the Chicago Bulls' playoff win over the Brooklyn Nets ended in a fight Monday night that sent a Rapid City man to the hospital.

Rapid City police were called to a fight at the Price Motel at 401 E. North St. around 10:15 p.m., according to police spokeswoman Tarah Heupel. The men were apparently arguing over the NBA playoff game, she said.

Police arrived to find a "very intoxicated victim," Heupel said. The unidentified man was taken to Rapid City Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are still looking for three men who are alleged to have beaten the man, Heupel said.

No. They were not fighting over the game. They had a arguement before the game

The subject matter of the fight is irrelevant. When "certain" people drink they will find absolutely anything to fight about. Anything,

Boy that makes a lot of sense. Get in a fight over who wins a professional game when you neither play for them, own the team or live in the city.
Seems there would be better things to attach your life to.
