MOBRIDGE | A Mobridge man accused of breaking into houses and garages and helping another jail inmate escape has been sentenced.

Nineteen-year-old Sasha Ruedebusch pleaded guilty to burglary and escape. The American News reports (http://bit.ly/T9U5ms ) he was sentenced to six years in prison for burglary and five years on the escape charge. He will be eligible for parole in about a year and half.

Authorities say Ruedebusch was involved in a series of burglaries over the summer, and about a month ago helped another inmate at the Walworth County Jail tear a hole in the jail's recreation yard fence.
