Northbound traffic will be restricted on Mount Rushmore Road from Kansas City Street to just south of St. Joseph Street and from just south of Omaha Street to approximately 300 feet north of Omaha Street from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday. The one-day lane closures are for utility construction work.
