A man caught driving the wrong way on St. Joseph Street was one of 12 people Rapid City police arrested for driving under the influence over the weekend.

Police reported that Horace Bryan, 24, of Rapid City was driving all over the street before he turned onto Fifth Street and drove on to the sidewalk about 10:30 p.m. Saturday night.

Bryant was arrested for DUI, driving on the sidewalk and going the wrong way on a one way street.
