YANKTON - South Dakota residents and business owners in 11 counties designated for individual assistance because of heavy rains and flooding in early May have a little more than two weeks to apply for help.
The deadline to register for assistance is July 23.
The 11 counties that have been declared eligible for individual assistance are Beadle, Brown, Clark, Davison, Hanson, Hutchinson, Marshall, Miner, Sanborn, Spink and Yankton.
