Gov. Mike Rounds has asked that all flags in the state be flown at half staff Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 8 a.m. until sunset in honor of U.S. Army Sgt. Eduviges "Duvi" Guadalupe Preciado Wolf, who died Oct. 25, when her vehicle was ambushed while on a convoy in Afghanistan.
