BOX ELDER | Christopher Shawn Tower, 48, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2013, at his home in Box Elder after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on August 7, 1964, in Cincinnati, OH, to Fred and Virginia (Jones) Tower III. Shawn married Deborah Macioch on March 27, 1993, in Maplewood, MN. He worked with Target and Kohls for over 30 years in MN, NC, AZ, OH, MI and SD. Shawn's passion was his family, and he and his wife loved attending their daughters' activities. He also enjoyed traveling, golf, reading, and volunteering with Meals on Wheels.

Shawn is survived by his wife, Debbie Tower, two daughters, Mallory Rose and Jordan Catherine in Box Elder, his mother Virginia (Dan) Walker in Cincinnati, OH, his father Fred E. (Lydia) Tower III in North Port, FL, a brother Michael Tower in NY, his mother-in-law Rose Macioch in St. Paul, MN, and his sister-in-law Cathy (Todd) Borowicz in Vadnais Heights, MN, plus many other friends and family who he adored and who adored him.

A memorial service will be at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at Kirk Funeral Home. Memorial visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, Shawn has requested that a small donation be made to your local Meals on Wheels chapter.
