The Red Cloud boys' basketball team ran out to a big lead and never looked back, running past Todd County 83-66 Saturday in Mission.
The Crusaders junped on the Falcons from the start, leading 25-17 at the end of the first quarter and 48-33 at halftime. A 24-8 advantage in the third quisrter put Red Coud up by 31 points heading into the fourth.
Todd County cut into the lead in the final quarter, outscoring the Red Cloud reserves 25-11.
Aiden Bizarde had a big game for the Falcons with 32 points on 12-of-29 shooting, including 7-of-14 3-pointers. Tyre Primeaux and Mark Rogers both finished with 10 points for Todd County.
No statistics were available for Red Cloud.
With the win, the Crusaders moved to 5-1 on the season. Red Cloud returns to action Friday when it hosts Spearfish.
Todd County, 4-3, is at Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Saturday.
TIMBER LAKE 63, FAITH 33: The Panthers raced out to a 16 point first-quarter lead and ran past the Longhorns Friday night.
Timber Lake led 25-9 at the end of the first quarter and 57-26 heading into the fourth quarter.
Brayden Pay Pay led the Panthers with 22 points, followed by Tucker Kraft with 11.
Brock Vance and Layton Steele both scored nine points for the Longhorns.
Timber Lake, 3-2, returns to action Jan. 4 at Roscoe against Edmunds Central, while Faith, 2-2, faces Viborg-Hurley Dec. 27 in Chamberlain.
TODD COUNTY 67, RED CLOUD 53: The Lady Falcons moved to 6-1 on the season with the win over the Lady Crusaders on Saturday.

Todd County returns to action Thursday against Highmore-Harrold in the Parkston Classic, while Red Cloud, 4-2, hosts Spearfish on Friday.
