Tori Glazier had a huge game in leading the Custer girls' basketball team to a big comeback win over Hill City Tuesday in Custer.
Glazier finished with 32 points, six rebounds and four steals as the Wildcats battled back from a 17-point first quarter deficit.
Custer closed the gap to 26-23 at halftime and tied the game 39-39 heading into the fourth period.
Tayler Carlson chipped in with 11 points for Custer, which hit 20-of-26 from the free-throw line, to just 9-of-23 for Hill City.
Karlee Simmons paced the Rangers with 17 points and Whitney Edwards added 12 points.
Custer, 11-8, is at Lead-Deadwood Thursday, while Hill City, 9-10, is at Wall Friday.
NEW UNDERWOOD 47, NEWELL 46: The Tigers held off the Irrigators for the win Tuesday in Newell.
New Underwood led by one point and was fouled with 10 seconds remaining, but missed the free throw. Newell then missed a long 3-point attempt at the buzzer to end the game.
Jayden Finkbeiner led the way with 26 points for New Underwood and Avery Heinert added 11 points.
Delaney Leber led Newell with 17 points.
New Underwood 16-4, is now idle until the regional tournament next week, while Newell, 6-12, is at Harding County Thursday.
BELLE FOURCHE 50, SPEARFISH 29: The Class A top-ranked Lady Broncs bounced back from their first loss of the season Saturday with a convincing win over the Spartans Tuesday.
Mandee Williamson led Belle Fourche with 23 points and Alexsis Kemp paced Spearfish with 15 points.
Belle Fourche, 19-1, returns to action next week at the regional tournament, while Spearfish, 7-10, is at Douglas Thursday.
LEAD-DEADWOOD 35, RAPID CITY CHRISTIAN 29: The Golddiggers outscored the Lady Comets 12-2 in the fourth quarter Tuesday for the win.
Hannah Campbell led Lead-Deadwood with 16 points, while Kayla Clewley led Rapid City Christian with 11 points.
Lead-Deadwood, 9-10, hosts Custer Thursday, while Rapid City Christian, 5-14, is idle until the regional tournament next Tuesday.
SPEARFISH 77, BELLE FOURCHE 50: The Spartans led by 20 at halftime and cruised past the Broncs Tuesday night.
Brady Greger paced Spearfish with 24 points and Dawson Sundsted added 16.
Kelby Olson led Belle Fourche with 16 points, followed by Tate Hostetter with 12 points and Chandler Kerr with 10.
Spearfish, 8-12, is at Douglas Thursday, while Belle Fourche, 4-15, hosts St. Thomas More Monday.
HULETT, WYO. 84, EDGEMONT 69: The Devils got 73 points from three players in running past the Moguls Tuesday in Hulett.
Tanner McInerney led Hulett, 12-5, with 30 points, followed by Jhett Latellier with 27 and Josh Stevens with 16.
Caleb Simons finished with 23 points and six rebounds for Edgemont, followed Kaleb Darrow with 22 points, six rebounds and five assists. Ryan Simons added 10 points for the Moguls.
Edgemont, 5-12, is at Oelrichs Saturday.
