RAPID CITY - Two nights of meetings for Black Hills Speedway drivers begin tonight at Flags and Wheels Indoor Racing, 405 12th Street, at 7 p.m.

Speedway operator Bill Keester said drivers of Mini-Sprints, Street Stock-Pure Stock, Wissota Super Stock and Midwest Modifieds will meet tonight.

Drivers of Wissota A Modifieds, Sprint Cars, and Wissota Late Models will meet Thursday at 7 p.m.

To be discussed are plans for racing to return to the old half-mile oval at BHS, unused since a four-tenths mile track was built at the facility in 2002. Keester said last week that he hopes to begin the 2008 season as early as Friday, May 30.

The football game is slated for 6 p.m. at the Clark Swisher Activities Complex.
