Women's golf: Black Hills State golf team named DAC champion

The Black Hills State Invitational golf tournament scheduled for April 26-27 at the Spearfish Canyon Country Club was cancelled due to rain and snow.

The final Dakota Athletic Conference standings after the South Dakota Mines tournament will be used to determine the team and individual conference champions.

Black Hills State is the women's team champion and A.J. Rolfson of Black Hills State is the women's individual champion.

Minot State is the men's team champion and Jordan Kelly of Minot State is the men's individual champion.

The Black Hills State women will represent the DAC at the women's national tournament at the Meadowbrook Municipal Golf Course in Rapid City from May 12-15. South Dakota Mines will also compete in the women's national tournament as the host team.
