BELLE FOURCHE - The Belle Fourche Broncs closed their regular season with a three-game high school volleyball win Thursday night.

The Broncs beat Hill City 25-11, 25-12 and 25-19 to head into the District 16A playoffs with their 20th win of the year.

"We honored our seniors tonight, and they all got to play a lot," Belle Fourche head coach Cathy Grubb said. "It was a lot of fun for them and we played well."

The Broncs (20-8) got 19 kills from the trio of Brianne Anderson, Jennifer Jeitz and Lauren Stephens.

Belle Fourche will host Newell on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. in the first round of the South Dakota High School playoffs.

Hill City finished its regular season at 10-20 and will begin the District 15A playoffs against Custer on Tuesday.
