Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of February, 2018, a petition was filed in the District Court of Dawes County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which is to change a minor child’s or children’s name from Randy Lynn Waltman to Randy Lynn King.
A hearing will be had on said petition before the Honorable Travis O’Gorman in Courtroom No. District Court for the name change on the 10th day of April, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as will be convenient for the Court and that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, the minor child(ren)’s name(s) will be changed from that of Randy Lynn Waltman to Randy Lynn King.
