Notice is hereby given that William L. Hawthorne, Lyndsey L. Pieper, Kim Meier, and Jennifer Monroe have formed a corporation under the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act.

1. The name of the corporation is Trunk Butte Christian School, Inc.

5. The Corporation shall have perpetual existence and shall commence doing business at the time of the filing of its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Chadron, Nebraska, will be held at 6:00 o’clock P.M. on Monday, October 7, 2013, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 234 Main Street, Chadron, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.
