LEGAL NOTICE

TO: Marilyn Hinn; John Doe; and Jane Doe, real name or names unknown, named as

Defendants in the above captioned action; and any and all persons who have, or who claim or

appear to have some interest in, right or title to or lien upon the following described improvements to real estate, to-wit:

Lot 16, Block 32, Western Town Lot Company’s Second Addition to the original

town (now City) of Chadron, Dawes County, Nebraska, commonly known as 335

Ann Street, Chadron, Nebraska.

Defendants, you and each of you, are hereby notified that on or about July 23, 2013,

Plaintiff Equivest Financial, LLC filed its Amended Complaint in the District Court of Dawes

County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 18-77, against each of you and others, the object and prayer of

which is to foreclose a Tax Sales Certificate.

You, and each of you, are required to answer said Amended Complaint on or before the

14th day of December, 2018.
