HOT SPRINGS | Delores Ellen (Knueppel) Jezek, 82, the dearly loved older sister of Mike Knueppel (SW of Chadron, NE), passed away Dec. 3, 2019, at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Lorrie was born Sept. 6, 1937 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Hot Springs and was brought home to Upton, WY, and then to the Table area in Dawes County, NE. She attended Table Center School in Dawes County and graduated from Assumption Academy HS in 1956. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Bob Jezek, her parents and an older brother, Donnie Knueppel (in childhood).
She is survived by her brother, Mike J. Knueppel in SW of Chadron, Nephew, Retired Marine Tod Knueppel (Cindy) of California and Jodie Faires (Eddie) of Colorado along with great-nieces and great-nephews.
