U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson will deliver the keynote speech at 1:30 p.m. today at a National Crime Victims Rights Week program at Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn, at 505 N. Fifth St. in Rapid City.

The program, which is being held by Working Against Violence Inc., also will feature a panel discussion that includes Rapid City Police Chief Steve Allender, Pennington County Sheriff Kevin Thom, Pennington County State’s Attorney Glenn Brenner, retired FBI Project Director Gayle Thom, 2011 Mrs. South Dakota Shapeera Afraid of Lightning and South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley.
