November First Saturday Brunch focuses on postcards

BELLE FOURCHE - The Tri-State Museum and Visitor Center will hold a First Saturday Brunch on Saturday, November 4 at 10 a.m.

Collector Karen Miller will give a presentation on the topic of “History of Postcards and South Dakota Tourism.” Those who attend are encouraged to bring their own vintage postcards, to share and tell about.

A mini-exhibit entitled “Postcards Now and Then” opens Nov. 14th and will be up for viewing until mid-January.

The brunch at 10 a.m. is $5 per person or free with museum membership. The presentation at 10:30 is free to the public.

This is the final First Saturday Brunch for 2017. A 2018 slate of First Saturday Brunches has been set and a card of the dates and titles may be obtained after January 1st, by calling the Tri-State Museum and Visitor Center at 605-723-1200.
