The tenants at Idlewild Inn apartments will have their water shut off again Friday morning because of past-due water bills owed by the owner of the property, according to a release from the city of Rapid City.

Owner Gerald Henning of Milwaukie, Oregon, and Idlewild Inn tenants were notified today that the water will be shut off Friday morning for non-payment of past due water bills that total $3,904.58, according to city spokesman Darrell Shoemaker.

The city shut off water at Idlewild in late March for about five days due to payment issues before Mayor Steve Allender ordered water service restored.
