I would like to thank Mary Garrigan for a fine job in the Sept. 12 article, "Is economic engine choking Newcastle?" She is a true and fearless reporter - among America's finest. Any paper should be very proud to have her on their staff.

The lab report said I'm loaded with chemicals and heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, mercury and other industrial chemicals. I am astounded that some Newcastle residents think this couldn't possibly hurt them.
