Good observation about the lack of grocery stores. I was recently in a town of 15,000 people in Indiana that has more grocery stores than Rapid City and choice of about six different companies: Aldi, Meijer, Kroger, etc.

Two of the mayor candidates have been on the city council these past few years. If you think our streets are better now than they used to be, vote for an incumbent. I’m not. I’m tired of candidates giving lip service to fixing our streets but not following through to take some action.
