The National Forest Service began resurfacing Six Mile Road and a section of Medicine Mountain Road this Monday, according to a news release from the Black Hills National Forest Service.
Six Mile Road will be graveled from the intersection of Ditch Creek Road east to the intersection of Medicine Mountain Road. The public can expect 20 minute delays passing through the construction zone until the expected completion date of October 12

A segment of Medicine Mountain Road from the intersection of Six Mile Road east to East Slate Road will also be graveled.
The work consists of blading the existing roadbed and applying 4 inches of aggregate on the segments.
