This year they needed an extra hole before everything was decided, but Judd Hageman of Chadron and Pete Marak of Coleman, Okla., again proved hard to beat during the Big Bat’s Two-Man Golf Tournament at Ridgeview Country Club last weekend.

It was quite an accomplishment that brothers Trevor (left) and Broc Berry of Chadron, the youngest duo in the Big Bat’s Two-Man Tournament the weekend of July 18-19, finished third in the Championship Flight with rounds of 101 and 103 for a 204 total.

Judd Hageman was a happy golfer when he sank a long putt during the 27th hole of the Two-Man Tournament last Sunday, giving him and his partner, Pete Marak, a chance to win the Championship Round in a playoff. He also made the winning putt in during the first playoff hole.
