The second of five fee-free days in America's national parks is coming up Saturday, encouraging the public to get out and enjoy the more than 400 parks dotted across the United States.
The commissioners thanked Sayler for her tenure, which includes 25 years as county treasurer, and unanimously confirmed the appointment of Annette Brant to serve the rest of Sayler's term.
An indictment charges Scott Randall with sexual contact with a child under sixteen years of age from Jan. 2019 to April 2022. The alleged victim was four years old at the beginning of that time frame and almost eight years old by the end of it.
This is the third severe geomagnetic storm (G4) since Solar Cycle 25 began in 2019. The other storms took place on November 4, 2021 and March 24, 2023.
