The Black Hills Farmers Market sprang to life for the 34th year with the season opener Saturday. Hundreds came out to shop the local vendors and enjoy the beautiful weather.

The BHFM had its season opener Saturday, May 6, marking the beginning of summer hours. 2023 is the 34th year for the Farmers Market, which has grown to include vendors from the Rapid City Public Library to popcorn stands and food trucks.Â
